Good quality, minor shipping hiccup

I ordered a set of custom blackout curtains for my bedroom from Curtainuk. The ordering process was pretty straightforward; their website guides you through the measurements well, which was helpful for my bay window. Delivery took about 18 days, which was a bit longer than I anticipated, but they are custom, so I get it. When they arrived, one of the curtain panels had a slight crease from packaging, but it wasn't too bad and steamed out easily. The fabric quality of the velvet curtains is really nice, feels luxurious, and they definitely block out all the light. Installation was simple enough with my existing rod. Customer support was responsive when I inquired about the delivery status; they got back to me within 24 hours. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and how they look.

Decent value, slight color variation

I ordered some pinch pleat drapes after getting a few fabric samples, which helped a lot. The delivery was reasonable, about three weeks. The overall quality of the drapes is good for the price; the stitching was neat, and the fabric feels durable. However, the color of the final drapes was slightly different from the sample I received, a little bit lighter than I expected. It wasn't a huge difference, so I kept them, but it's something to be aware of. The fit was perfect though, which is crucial for custom items. Customer service was polite when I asked about my order status. Good value, just wish the color match was exact.

Consistently good products

This was my third order from Curtainuk, this time for some linen drapes for the living room. I keep coming back because their made-to-measure always fits perfectly, and the fabric options are great. My first order was a few years ago for thermal curtains, and they've held up really well. The quality control seems consistent across different fabric types, which is a big plus. Delivery times have been pretty reliable too, usually within the quoted window. It's just easy to order exactly what I need without worrying about returns or sizing issues, which is why they're my go-to for window treatments.

Pretty happy with my new drapes

So, I decided to get some new eyelet curtains for my spare room, just something simple, you know? Found Curtainuk and their prices looked decent. The website was easy to use, I just put in my window dimensions and picked the fabric. They came in about two weeks, which was fine. They look really nice up, totally changed the room's vibe. Didn't have any problems, it was all pretty chill. Would probably use them again if I need more.

Good deal on custom curtains

I was looking for some new extra long drapes for my patio door and found Curtainuk. I was specifically hunting for a good value because custom can get pricey. They had a decent price point for the size I needed, and I even got a small discount for signing up for their newsletter. The process of putting in the measurements was clear, and I felt confident I was ordering correctly. They arrived exactly when they said they would. The curtains themselves are a good weight and hang nicely. For what I paid, getting custom-fit drapes of this quality was definitely worth it.
